Very early in the spring, sometimes even before the sap begins to flow, White Meadows Farms opens up the pancake house. This has become a spring ritual for many of our customers.

Breakfast in the Maple Lodge at White Meadows always has something new to offer. Of course there are the essential parts of a pancake breakfast, pancakes, eggs and sausage, but we also offer our famous Maple baked beans, home fries, French toast, fruit pancakes, Maple muffins and tarts, Bagels with chive & Maple cream cheese, Maple apple crisp and Maple cheese cake. And of course we have coffee, regular and Maple tea, hot chocolate, fruit juices and hot apple cider. All of this served up with our own Maple Syrup in the charming atmosphere of our beautiful rustic Maple Lodge that is sure to warm your toes and your heart on a brisk Spring day.

The Maple Lodge is set up cafeteria style for our Pancake Breakfasts and all items are priced individually. Be sure to come by and find out what’s new on the menu this year.

The Pancake House is open every weekend from January 10^th  - April 11^th, 2008 and everyday during the March Break from March 16^th - 20^th. Pancakes are served from  8:30am - 3:30pm with the doors closing at 4:00pm. Easter Weekend hours are Good Friday & Saturday 8:30am with the doors closing at 2:00pm, closed Easter Sunday.
