White Meadows Farms is a third generation family farm located outside St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada in the picturesque valley of Effingham. It is operated by Murray and Ann Bering and their sons. Agricultural production at White Meadows Farms consist of maple syrup, beef, cash crops (corn, hay, soybeans, wheat) and grapes.

With over 600 acres of land under cultivation, the farm has approximately 40 head of beef cattle. In our 13 acre Vineyard, you will find both Concord and Niagara varieties.

The farm has been producing the finest Maple Syrup and Maple Syrup products since 1991. In 1994 the Pancake Hut officially opened, and in 2000 The Maple Lodge was built and opened with a menu of over a dozen items. White Meadows Farms is open year round to welcome everyone into The Maple Sweet Shop for maple sugar candy and maple products. In 20067 alone we used over 5000 taps to supply us with our raw maple sap. We cater to School Tours in both English and French during the Maple Season. Pancake and Bush Tours are offered to the public during March Weekends and all through March Break. During Februrary Our Pancake House is open on Weekends for our Fabulous Maple Menu.
