Roasted Maple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 3/4 CUP-White Meadows Maple Syrup Amber grade
- 2 TBSP-chopped fresh sage
- 4-fresh cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 TSP-onion powder
- 3/4 TSP-freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 TSP-salt
- 2-pork tenderloin (aprox. 2.5 pounds)
Directions
Place pork tenderloin in a oven dish. Pour all the maple syrup over the pork tenderloin. Sprinkle the chopped sage and minced garlic over the pork tenderloin, then sprinkle the onion powder, salt and pepper over the pork tenderloin.
Marinate in refridgerator for 2-3 hours, then let stand in oven dish on the counter until the oven reaches 400.F
Bake in preheated oven at 400.F uncovered for aprox 45 min. baste with syrup during cooking time.
Let stand covered with foil for 10 minutes befor cutting. Serve sliced pork tenderloin right from the oven dish and if you really love the syrup you can drizzle it onto the pork!
