Frog Run

The Frog Run all began in New England long ago. It was said that as the weather became warmer toward the end of the maple season, one would begin to hear frogs croaking throughout the night. This was the sign that the season was almost over and that the final sap run was at hand. And so it was that the last boil of the year was known throughout the land as the "Frog Run".

Join us on Saturday April 14, 2012 for a fun filled morning as children ages one to ten help us celebrate the end of our syrup season with our first annual "Frog Run". Similar to an Easter Egg Hunt, children will explore the yard and collect toy frogs for some fun and fantastic frog and maple related prizes.

When: Saturday April 14, 2012

Times: 5 and under9:30am - 10:30am, 6-10 years 10:30am - 11:30am
