After a long dark winter indoors it’s time to come and check out the place where White Meadows Farms maple inspirations begin, from tree to table we develop a wide range of maple delights. You can taste our inspirations every weekend from the beginning of January to the end of April in our pancake house.

In 2000 we set out to make a bigger and completely accessible Pancake House. Made from rough sawn local timber the Maple Lodge has a warm and inviting atmosphere for enjoying your pancake breakfast. Some days the line up may look long, but our team works hard and it always moves quickly into our 120 seat dining area where our breakfast menu is served cafeteria style.

We pride ourselves in offering an array of old fashioned homemade maple goodness. You can taste the difference in our pancakes that we make from scratch. Not in the mood for pancakes? Why not try some fluffy french toast or something savoury to your plate with some of the best sausage and peameal bacon between the two great lakes. Looking for lighter fare we have yogurt parfait topped with our homemade maple granola, maple bran muffins or a bagel topped with mouth watering maple butter or onion and chive maple cream cheese spread.There is also scrambled eggs, slow cooked maple baked beans and yummy home fries, really there is something for everyone.

Nothing tastes better with maple coffee than one of our homemade maple desserts. Choose from buttery maple apple crisp, decadent maple cheesecake or melt in your mouth maple butter tarts.
